Here's the thing about Dorsey. People say he was good because of the talent around him. Well, why didn't the talent around Kenny Kelly have the same effect? Dorsey was exactly what that team needed. Without him, even with all that talent, we aren't winning anything. Look at who he replaced, and who his backups were. Look at what happened when Berlin came in. Dorsey wasn't just a player on those teams. He was a critical piece to the puzzle.

It’s always been a team game and there have been more physically talented players that have accomplished less. He, for what it’s worth, had a five or six year pro career too. His leadership and in game decision making were always his greatest attributes. I don’t agree with your premise. Are you suggesting other QBs in the CFB HOF didn’t benefit from their teams? Why is Tony Romo there, btw?

I don’t know where the line is on QBs, but dorsey did all you could do as a QB. If he’d had a better pro career, we wouldn’t be discussing this either. But why should that matter?

QP is telling us a lot about himself and nothing about Kenny Dorsey.
 
Romo is in because of his fame and playing for the cowboys.
His NFL career is not hof worthy let alone use it to justify his college hof induction.

If ken dorsey gets in, than jacory harris is definitely a 1st ballot selection cause he was way better than dorsey. The way dorsey played against ohigho fake, and several other games, j70 threw that many TD's with "matt a.k.a. turnstyle pipho" as his right tackle, in the meantime dorsey playing behind 1st round draft pick after first round draft on the o-line, receivers and runningbacks and this **** layed an egg against ohigho fake, they barely breathed on em and he fallen down, throwin balls in the dirt and phantom picks with dre being wide open. Same year, why we down to Rutgers with #45(potus) nephew at the helm 17 to 14, but the score really should've been 24 to 7 at the half rutgers, cause dorsey threw another phantom pick, the db before rutgers housed it for a 100yrd int return, all of a sudden they threw a flag on the same db for holding!

But ok, the way he got dish-ragged on that last pay against fake was sad, but he's definitely a True Cane and gave it his all, but j70 was better!
