Miami played not to lose

It wasn't like we had anything on the line. Take chances and play aggressive all game, I mean, it was working. We exploited the **** out of the middle and had the TE's and short passes virtually open all game. Did Al think Miami was being considered for the playoff? I just don't understand it. Perfect opportunity for a statement game. The talent was there. This **** is depressing. Get those generic blitz packages out of my face. Same blitz even when FSU adjusted.

Even herbstreit said we got conservative in mid to late third qt
 
Players gave away points in the first half. Coaches did in the second. Sure, Fsu coaches adjusted but we didn't. In fact, we played right into their hands.
 
Dropped TD by 83. Missed field golal and XP. Overthrown TD pass to Coley botched calls by the refs. Two TE fumbles while we had momentum. Conservative play calling at the end but I have to blame the players for this one.

Any time one of our DL, mostly McCord, got around the OL, they got held. Hooked, held, jersey grabbed to keep them from crab legs. The refs called it never. WTH.

This! Look, no O-Line is that good. Whenever you see jersey's being pulled, that's a hold. Whenever i see my player struggling to get to the qb or a rb and he's past the defender already, that's a hold. plain and simple the refs blew this one....BUT we too blew this one. We played not to lose and stopped going away from what was working. The D played their tail off and we began to play small ball and it backfired on us. That Dobard fumble was costly too...but we stopped punching them....we began to slap them and then they got up and bullied us.
 
NO killer instinct with this coaching staff. The cieling is 9-10 wins for this staff WHEN we have the proper talent thats it. The truth hurts but it is the truth!

Still on coaches. Either recruit players to make those plays or develop the ones you have to do so.
 
Combination really. We missed a lot of opportunities AND played conservative. That's how you give up leads. They were also luck as ****. I have a lot of emotions/ thoughts right now
 
is it really coaching scared if youre giving the ball to your best playmaker? honest question
 
Berrios td drop was huge 7pt swing with the missed fg right after that.
Just Awful. Coaches are going to catch **** for this loss.

Yea, they did just like those before them. Got a tiny little lead then went cold sandwich

the sad part is this was the most hype with Crablegs, next year will be sorta meh
 
That was the season. It couldn't of started any better for us. Players had **** ups and the coaches certainly had their heads up their *** in the 2nd half.

3 ****** points in the 2nd half..... We gave it to them.
 
Who didn't feel the intensity just drain from the team the second the second half started? I was even getting tired and soft after watching us play.

What a FVCKINF WASTE OF TALENT. How do the coaches even come to the conclusion after the half to dial it down on all phases of the ball? Let's see, we played great that first half, now let's just see how fast we can burn 30 minutes off the clock.

No trust in the kids, in their system, in themselves, these coaches are teaching the kids how to be losers.
