Fair overall.

We absolutely should not lose to Cal, Duke, Cuse or Wake. Don’t care when the games are played, what spot it is…we should be a double-digit fave against all four of them.

GT is a wildcard here. Their record won’t be great because their schedule is absurdly difficult (easily top 10 nationally), but they are more than capable of springing an upset or two this year. Could be Week 0…

We stomp Florida and the only potential tough games remaining are @ Louisville and home vs FSU.
 
Same class of people who’s picked Miami to win the ACC god knows how many times over the last two decades is suddenly biased?

There are two factors that influenced this: 1) the disparity in provenness between Dabo, Norvell, and then Mario, and 2) the skin-deep appreciation for how talented the roster actually is. Agree with OBM, the schedules are markedly different between Miami and FSU.

And that will probably be the difference.
