On getting back to playing football: It feels great. It's truly a blessing to be out there.
On the growth of the younger players: I've seen great flashes and great things that continue to work on every day, showing up and working on detailed things. So I'm seeing great stuff from them.
On Jackson Cantwell playing guard: He's done very great. I mean, the thing about Mirabal, he's always gonna, he's always gonna work the younger way, just like he worked me at guard first and moved me to tackle. He's gotta work everywhere so you get a better understanding how all the whole offense maneuvers and you have a complete understanding so you can play 100%.
On if he has a preference to play on the field: Not really. I love to play anywhere. As long as I'm on the field, I'm truly happy.
On being part of Miami's 2023 recruiting class: It's a blessing. I came here, believed in the program, so I stayed with the process. And it's truly a blessing to see it continue to rise each year.
On seeing Cristobal's vision come to life: It's a blessing. I saw the work from my freshman year to now of everyone dialed in when I was here with Sisi, and when I was here with Bain, even though I'm here now with Matthew McCoy. I see everything, the work we put in every day definitely paying off.
