Miami needs to beat VT's brains in next weekend. Vandy beat them 44-20. We need to beat them 56-0. If we can pile up enough better wins against common opponents, it will help our case. Not that we should need it.

I will say, if you really plug into the Pates and Cover 3s and other hardcore CFB media outlets — they all kind of trash the AP poll. I think the AP poll is a collection of regional journalists who don’t actually watch the games and the CFP committee aligns more with the deep analysis media more. Which benefits us.

For example, I could absolutely see us jumping Vandy in the CFP poll.

I do 2-3 6 team parlays every weekend for ***** and giggles. I’ve done it since I lived in Vegas and used to do the 15 team cards at The Cannery every weekend. I’ve hit at least 1 every season for the past 6 years (not this year yet). I took my family to Disney last year and hit one for $5K on CFB Saturday then $7K on NFL Sunday. I used the winnings on 2 Disney lightsabers. It was great.
