We will get help. Conference championships will knock out one b12 team and one sec if the last weeks don’t do it.We need to get to ten. We need to win and we need help too

Also no mention of Bama getting blown out by a 3 win team and then losing at home last week to a team without an offense. It’s all a joke. They already know who they want to put in. Right now they’re just hedging in case some 2 loss teams lose another. Look for Bama to get in with 3 losses if that 3rd is in the SECCG.Only reason they are keeping us below BYU and Utah is to justify having ND above us. We aren't in their tier so head to head doesn't matter right now lol
Guy actually went on national tv and said ND has better losses than Miami and didn't mention that Miami is one of ND's losses. This a complete joke.
Amazing that no mention is made anywhere about Navy sitting their starting QB against ND or Pitt Coach saying he doesn’t care if they lose by 100 because the game doesn’t mean anything. On a side note if the ACC doesn’t end their deal with ND because of stuff like that, they’re idiots.Need to blowout both VT and Pitt to get in IMO. Need to go up to Pitt and beat the holy **** out of that cuck Narduzzi for his dumbass comments he made before the ND game. Need to make that team look like they don't even belong on the same field.
This is a very optimistic view. Everything I mentioned earlier in season and was told dont matter is what is affecting us now. Being aggressive, finishing games, style points, style of play, ALL OF IT is coming to bite us and being used against us.. Mario would have to drop his entire philosophy MIDSEASON to get us in playoffs. We can pull starters anymore, we have to play for shutouts..We heard what we needed to hear, and respect for the new chair head. He didn't give us all we wanted or deserve, but he left the door open and encouragingly said we will be compared to ND if we finish the job. Now, go out and pound Va tech like our lives depend on it and then we worry about Pitt next week. Preview, next week won't sound a lot different.
Top 5 all time rant. The obsession with “good losses” is strange.
We no longer play to win the game?

If it ends up that we get cucked by ND in 2 weeks or so...Then it's no point for us to play them at all. It could literally mean that it hurt us to beat them. Strange as that sounds.Amazing that no mention is made anywhere about Navy sitting their starting QB against ND or Pitt Coach saying he doesn’t care if they lose by 100 because the game doesn’t mean anything. Well G Tech plays UGA to end the season. If they’re 11-1 then UGA is in that 10-2 field, and GT is a lock.I have a question on who we should be watching and wanting wins from:
USC #15 @ Oregon #7.
Scenario #1: Oregon wins, USC is completely out of the playoff picture, Oregon is essentially a lock.
BUT
Scenario #2: USC wins, then Oregon bumps down to 9-2, USC climbs to 9-2 with a head-to-head loss with Notre Dame.
Okay, assuming we win out and all other constants remain, sort/rank the carnage. Who is the committee picking from?:
10-2 Oregon
10-2 USC (with h2h loss to ND)
10-2 Miami (with h2h win against ND)
10-2 Notre Dame
10-2 Alabama
10-2 Utah
10-2 Vandy
10-2 Oklahoma
10-2 Virginia
11-1 BYU
11-1 GTech
Assuming first 6 spots are a lock. (Ohio State, Indiana, TAMU, UGA, TTech, Ole Miss).
The ACC needs to take a stand too. Especially if teams are sitting players out and coaches making comments about not caring if they win or lose. Either join a conference or find someone else to play.If it ends up that we get cucked by ND in 2 weeks or so...Then it's no point for us to play them at all. It could literally mean that it hurt us to beat them. Strange as that sounds.
If that's the case, cancel next year's game, and dont schedule them during regular season. Seriously.
Exactly. If it was two losses to two different teams, I'd buy that. If ND had lost to Ohio State and Texas A&M, sure. They didn't, though. They lost to US and Texas A&M.Only reason they are keeping us below BYU and Utah is to justify having ND above us. We aren't in their tier so head to head doesn't matter right now lol

Marioball. It's what he does to teams. His own, mostly.BYU will lose again, We’ll jump Utah if we win out impressively, other then that looks like we’ll need some help. Brutal to drop those two games when i know this team can compete with anybody when focused smh
Even if UGA falls to GA Tech, the only way UGA then tumbles out of the playoffs is a third loss in the SECCG (if they go). If they lose to GTech but don't get into the SECCG game, committee will keep them. Their resume is too strong.Well G Tech plays UGA to end the season. If they’re 11-1 then UGA is in that 10-2 field, and GT is a lock.
But hypothetically let’s say GT loses that and is 10-2. Four of these teams above would get in (ACC champ and G5 champ auto bids)
Bama, OU, BYU and Miami SHOULD be the 4.
Louisville was a wash Beck threw 4 picks tough to overcome that but SMU infuriated me the most should’ve easily won that game but it was another Mario/Dawson/Beck special smh..Heatherman more than earned his paycheck this yr I hope he sticks around a while.Marioball. It's what he does to teams. His own, mostly.
Agreed, I also think it would be hilarious to watch the committee scramble, so I want chaos. These two scenarios would make my day.Even if UGA falls to GA Tech, the only way UGA then tumbles out of the playoffs is a third loss in the SECCG (if they go). If they lose to GTech but don't get into the SECCG game, committee will keep them. Their resume is too strong.
So essentially, we'll all be tiger fans these next two weeks--Mizzou and Auburn that is. To keep that field of 4 narrow, we don't want Oregon or Ohio State to lose. That would then put Michigan and USC on the same competitive cluster as us and that does not bode well given the hatred the nation has for our program.
