We’ve got a few on here like this that we’ve kind of accepted as having some kind of Tourette’s thing going on where we let em go a little and then we have to reel them back in a little bit when it’s rampant.

The fact that we are quiet tells me all I need to know. Mario’s been down this road before.

Frankly I’d rather him get a couple of guys that are really serious about being here and get them on board then go all in on the game on Thursday.

You can’t assume you’ll be in the final four again so you gotta go all in on winning this championship.

If a QB is seriously considering us, he’ll be patient.

😂 Some of the people in here saying “Mario got it figured out. We been through this before trust the process” are the same people that will be throwing a tantrum when a time out or play is called they don’t agree with it on Thursday night.

So come Thursday, remind yourself, “Mario is 23-5 over the last two seasons. Trust the process he know what he’s doing”

I’m not saying he don’t know what he doing but attacking people post kind of lame. Let people post whatever they want to post. It’s a message board, any question can be asked.

I think we 100% have a plan, but not sure where this narrative that Mario moved in silence last 2 years came from. There were all sorts of reports two years ago about our pursuit of Cam and Will Howard, including visits by both that were publicly reported on. Last year DMoney was pretty obviously hinting at Beck being the guy.

This is big boy, navigate the portal while making a run at the natty kinda stuff that some of you aren't built for. This staff has earned the benefit of the doubt. I'd bet anything they probably already have the QB situation basically sorted out. Just because it's not on YOUR timeline doesn't mean they aren't on top of it.

And before someone else says it, NO.......the answer is not going with an UNPROVEN HIGH SCHOOL QUARTERBACK THAT IS GOING TO BE JUST AS EXPENSIVE AND LESS PREDICTABLE THAN A PORTAL OPTION.

Repeat after me, ALL FOUR OF THE REMAINING TEAMS HAVE PORTAL QB'S. THE LAST 3 NATIONAL CHAMPIONS DID SO WITH PORTAL QBS.

Get a grip fellas, this is just standard operating procedure in the NIL era.

Probably knows Mateer or Simpson going to jump in. When you find something that works, don’t change it. He’ll have his pick between two SEC QBs with injuries. I’m guessing Simpson is the closest in similarity to Beck so he’ll be the choice.

Im not really too worried about it. Mario will find a portal qb who will be a fit for us. Dude is on fire right now.
