Even though Miami recently beat the Missouri Tigers in the NCAA Tournament, Kansas forward Bryson Tiller still chose to join the Tigers instead of the Hurricanes.

Miami, Missouri, and Arizona were squads in Tiller's recruitment, but Missouri ended up getting him with a late push. Miami tried hard to recruit Tiller but it wasn't enough to land him.

He is a former four-star recruit from Atlanta, Georgia, and was part of the 2024 class. He played a lot for Kansas this season, appearing in all 35 games.

The 6-foot-11, 240-pound upcoming sophomore averaged 7.9 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 1.0 assists during the 2025-26 season. He shot 44.9% from the field and 26.9% from three-point range.

Despite missing out on Tiller, this is a good piece for the Missouri Tigers, as Tiller wanted to be a starter, and he will get that chance there. Miami's situation is less clear, with five-star forward Caleb Gaskins coming in at the same spot.

Now, Miami will need to look for other options. Where do you think the Hurricanes should go next?

Definitely did not need a new article for a player not choosing us. One of his threads already got updated with the tweet.

These are the type of articles cluttering up the board.
It's just laughable at this point. Keep the same thread going, it's not that hard. Next thing you'll know we will start getting articles for recruits taking visits to other schools.
