I liked Carter , he came and hit you . Some got called for targeting but I’ll that over some our dbs go coming up hugging them like last year dbs . Our big saftey from two years would come up and hit your @ss too . I thought he was gone when he hit Jordan Travis . He knocked the fck out of him
 
in 22 @MTSU had 4 INTs and 27 solo tackles, then 23 doubled his production to 52 solo tackles, but hasn't got a pick since.

4 year veteran, right vector, slated to be the starter, headhunter highlights, has Vols fans complaining vs. us praising Jesus when Wisky took Harris as a favor to us. At a minimum, he improves the talent and depth in the room. Still need one more starting quality S.
