This a huge weekend for offensive linemen, with Keenyi Pepe (IMG), Breck Kolojay (IMG), Chancellor Campbell (St. Petersburg), Canon Pickett (Tampa) and Da'ron Parks (Sarasota). All of them are takes. One undercover name to add to the board alongside Ryan Miret (Southridge) at center: Rhys Woodrow (Orlando).​

An for those that don't know Coach Andy built Boone HS'S program around oline play ( just like Mario) and every year produces 2 or 3 FBS olinemen. When teams around metro Orlando play Boone HS they know they better put their big boy pants on because it's gonna be a LOS based game all ll night. Also make no mistake Boone also every year has 1 or 2 track stars at the skill positions.

I don’t this impacts the recruitments of Breck Kolojay and Canon Pickett.

I really like this addition. Rhys is a very good Center/Guard prospect with great upside. I agree this take has nothing to do with Pickett or Kolojay. This is shaping up to possibly be the best OL class in UM history(on paper at least). Plus knowing Mario, he isn't going to give up on recruiting Kenyii Pepe anytime soon. When it comes to evals, Cristobal/Mirabal get the benefit of the doubt because they have earned it.

Interesting his recruiting commit schedule aligns with his priorities of how he builds a team.
Maybe it's easier to convince, said RB, WB and WR to come sign up for Miami cause we'll have these big boys blocking for you.

I would imagine he'd like to do that on the defensive side as well, but DT recruiting battles tend to be more difficult. Just an observation.

I like the pickup. The kid's ability to move and engage defenders at the second level is a skill that translates. His power and balance at the POA is impressive

As IOL prospects go, he has multiple traits that project well towards a future contributor along the OL. If he sticks at center, he could be our first homegrown starter there in a while
