And personally I think Waters plays CB here even tho he is an amazing talent at WR

Waters doesn't have the speed for CB. I see him as more of a Reggie wayne possession type at best, which would be extraordinary. No way he's a CB.

Yep. This guy can go. As it stands, the receiver class lacks some of that burst.
