Mario Cristobal and the Miami Hurricanes coaching staff are building something special with the 2027 recruiting class, already landing a total of five five-star prospects. He ranks as the nation's No. 3 overall player, No. 1 edge rusher, and No. 1 player out of the Peach State. This past season, the 6-foot-4, and 240-pound edge rusher led the Titans to an overall record of 7-5 and 2-2 in region play. He recorded a total of 102 tackles, 24.0 tackles for loss, and 16 sacks.

These are just teenagers in the end. They are very impressionable. I don't see Jacobs coming to UM. He doesn't seem to have the mindset of UM's other elite recruits, who are all about UM. I'll be the first to come and eat crow if proven wrong.
