This is a huge add for a number of reasons. We needed another true big on the roster, especially when you consider that Cyril can be foul prone at times and doesn't have the offensive impact that someone like this will have. I can see a world where you can play both bigs together but he also fits with guys like Goode and Caleb Gaskins playing the 4 as well. Easily our deepest and most talented team in years.

PG - Lewis/Bland
SG - Dante Allen/Dorn
SF - Henderson/Marcus Allen
PF - Gaskins/Goode
C - Cyril/Ryzhov

That's a legitimate 10 man rotation.

Ive seen 6'9 to 6'11 measurements. Lets say 6'10.

Top tier athleticism for his size. Coordinated and actually has good touch around the rim.

At this point in their career, dude reminds me of a slighlty larger Andrei Kirielenko. AK47.

Massive pickup. Like someone said above, this allows Somto to play aggressively now.

Footwork looks excellent tbh. Fluid movements for his size, looks athletic. Lots of lobs in the vid, but he hit some short hooks and bunnies in the lane when open. Good physicality...we'll see if it transfers over to the ACC. He looks like he won't make us miss Altuntas for sure lol. Decent pickup to backup Cyril looks like.
