I dont understand what i just watched. Mensah looks beyond elite and then all of a sudden looks completely lost? Like, how?!?

There's a theory growing in my head that we were playing to run clock and get out of there quick.

The injuries we have are... yeah. We're missing three starting CBs, our WR1 is hurt, our QB is hurt, both our starting RBs are out and our D-Line is banged up.

Even so, how can you not attempt a pass down the field? If he's that hurt, then sit him and play Nickel. He can throw screen passes just as well.

Yeah I was curious why he wasn't targeted more after Toney's suspected injury. Not sure if it was play-calling or Mensah was just off in the 2nd half, but Cooper was invisible.

This is where things can get ugly. We now have tape on how Wake basically shut down the Miami offense in the 2nd half. Teams are going to replicate.

That’s pathetic- the canes team we dream to get back to would have rolled through the 3Q into a 40 pt win. This team is going to have to all really step up because they can’t rely on Mali all season and this o line doesn’t make Mensah believe in having protection late in games.

I think it goes way deeper than just what they were doing. Theres more to it than just they called a better half
