As an orthopod, I don’t specialize in sports, you can’t tell from that hyperextension of anything. You obviously will check all ligaments and stability and always check ACL. Im not pretending to guess. Hyperextension like that can very much be a PCL which 90% is PT and rehab nonop, or ACL and Multilig, i just think its cerebral *********ion to try to guess without imaging or knowing the PE findings.
