Always have been, Cam carried him in 2024 and the defense/OL carried him this year. He is what he is at this point, Mario might need to look elsewhere for next season. Honestly even his "trick plays" are just basic gimmicks that have been used 1000 times elsewhere

Dawson has this habit of abandoning the run early and it killed us vs Louisville and SMU. We need the run to open up the pass game. And I’d like to see some play action if you’re going to throw on early downs
