Live Miami Hurricanes @ UNC Tar Heels 10/31/26

[TXCane20]

The most painful thing is confirming what a Country full of Miami haters were praying for week in and week out.

Let them say what they want. Their team has their weaknesses too. **** em

[gogeta4]

Don't think I've seen a player run through triple coverage ever.

sad to say but JJ Smith does it alot lol

[Number1CanesFan]

So….can Heatherman take a head coaching job at Baylor

No. Dawson gets the job. We lose.

[longtimecanefan]

Defense just can’t stop anyone, North Carolina last 4 drives

11 plays 84 Yards TD
12 plays 75 yards TD
8 plays 75 yards TD
16 plays 75 yards TD

This is 2024 levels of bad, Guidry got fired for stuff like this.

Memories of No D

[mossmadness]

Nope. That’s why Miami torches them. Miami should be able to make at least stop this is pathetic but the defense has been bad for awhile. The only time they look good is when they play teams who can’t throw a forward pass.

So the issue can’t be talent.

Because the rest of the ACC has shut down their offense. And the rest of the ACC doesn’t have a talented defense.

someone put Bradys face on every QB we play against

[9oh4Cane]

Billy Edward’s could possibly have his best yards, completion %, and TD’s…Ever. In this single game.

Every year we make Jags look like hesiman contenders. It’s truly incredible

[RBradleigh]

#1 and #2 might lose tonight

Nope, Canes ain’t losing tonight.
Mensah ain’t allowing it. Just give him the ball last with a min and change, lets roll.
Go Canes!

[RomeoJunior]

So much this.

Aint sh** painful. This is college football. Defense has been porous all year.

[JD4]

This team is worse than 2024 imo due to weaker OL, weaker at TE and astonishingly on par on defense. We have to score on offense because we absolutely will not stop them on defense and we have to time it right so we have it last. Can’t even give them the chance for a Hail Mary since teams are near 100% on Hail Marys. Frustrating as **** to watch.

Defense was way better last season brother

[Canesdood24]

How many straight drives have they scored a TD?

View attachment 378557
4 Straight Drives.

Literally haven’t stopped them since their first drive of the game

[QuattroCane]

So is it safe to assume we’re in four down territory from here out

[drewm3i]

If we score just let them score on the first play, send one defender out there thats it.

Shorten the field and sell out if we get it (for a sack or turnover)...no more long drives.

[WesternMDCane]

didn’t know a linebacker could hit a reciever running a route like that 10 yards down the field

Perfectly fine against us. Can’t tell me not 1 ref in the defensive backfield and on the sideline didn’t see it

[Steve44]

LETS WAIT IT OUT BRO IM NOT THERE YET AND IM HOTT HOT

It will take a miracle for the Defense to stop UNC on 4 plays Cause thats what it will take. I cant see it

[ADELPHI]

Honestly I want to win but it’s depressing to think that we won’t contend this year so whatever … just go get a qb and turn over our entire defense and we’ll be fine next year

[chris2183l]

Dont score too fast

Well Miami is gna need the ball again. UNC held it for like 9 mins last drive

[Camerooski66]

Damon Wilson is soooo worth the money smh

[DPCane]

Maybe but I'm in no hurry to see the d again

It’s not about seeing g the defense. We need another possession

[YLCANE]

By the way, Petrino has been a pain in our *** for 20 years. I really wish he wasn’t in the Booth right now.
