Live Miami Hurricanes @ UNC Tar Heels 10/31/26

[Steve44]

7 yard run on 3rd and 8. what a defense

[MiamiCanesFan77]

Hetherman without two first round drafted DE’s… getting exposed.

[305_separatist]

Man stop the celebration after giving up an 8 yard run

giving me flashbacks

[OldhamA]

bobby petrino coaches o how i would against heatherman...

spread us out an on 3rd downs....run the ball..........

Would you not just throw behind the S he blitzes from the endzone every play?

[JeffreyG]

TE up the middle incoming

[YankeesCane]

It’s obvious Petrino is going to a TE or back here on 4th and short

Our defense is not just bad on 3rd downs but on 2nd longs we help set them up for easier conversions

Again there is no reason our front 4 should be storming up field

[joeB954]

JJ might be our best defender

Agreed

[3rd-43]

I hate this defense a ton

[oso4lyf]

CJ Carr is going to shred this defense

[252cane]

Its so weird...statistically the D is really good....eye test says differently

They aren’t good statistically besides run defense and red zone

[TemplarCane]

How many turnovers has the defense made in 7 games? 3? 4?

[drewm3i]

Its so weird...statistically the D is really good....eye test says differently

Almost good enough but the offense always finds a way to convert.

[DripgodCane713]

JJ can play at 220...watch out when he gets there

Give me 215-218 and we cooking imo

[Kempo Cane]

Need Wilson to step up

[MiamiCanesFan77]

Big playaction pass incoming.

[Steve44]

Stop all the Justin Scott is leaving talk. He is mid on national landscape

[AutoCANE]

I mean that was so f’ing predictable, you knew this was four down territory we should have been more prepared for that run.

[U2026]

We missed on Wilson. Defense is garbage. Mesidor and Bain made this squad look so good. Heateherman is ok those boys made him look better than he was

[MrCane]

Maybe we stop them

[Strobe]

We are always reacting/late/confused on defense. Painful
