Live Miami Hurricanes @ UNC Tar Heels 10/31/26

[MumbleRap]

Just win. 1-0.

[smack99]

We aren't going to play press with this MASH unit secondary. That said, need to reroute some of these guys.

Stop with excuses. The unit has 1 starting CB out. Everybody else is back. It’s not a mash unit anymore. They were an overrated unit who thrived off of chaos in the backfield and were led by a stud at nickel last year. They don’t have that this year so they’ve been exposed and Heatherman hasn’t made adjustments.

[Odin]

We better score, this might be a 7-8 possesison game.

[DripgodCane713]

Put Wiley in please

Would feel better about This if they would’ve been giving him more snaps for games like this

[MiamiCanesFan77]

We need to stick to running the ball. The pass game will be there if you stay patient

Not with Fletcher running in between the tackles though.

And need to mix up the play calling on first downs.

[BooBoo]

How much do we miss Zac Etheridge

[Tinman64]

Gotta respond here cant have a 3/out

[Zanecane]

Everyone knows how to expose us. It’s the same flaws every week.

RB Out of the back field.

Curl routes in our soft zones.

Missed tackles on the perimeter or outnumbered bubble screens.

[88]

Defense has all of Mannys faults without the havoc.

[Stingarov]

Zone defense isn’t working. Switch to man and make them beat you.

Hetherman doesn't know what Match or Man coverages are.

[STG]

Zone defense isn’t working. Switch to man and make them beat you.

Never happening. Our DC has always preferred playing soft zone.

[ADELPHI]

They could have gone 184 yards. Drive was pitch and catch

Hetherman has no answer for this pitch catch offense

[Alex_Dynamix]

Edwards is willing to take the free 5-7 yards we're giving him every play gotta apply more pressure moving forward

[Phydeaux]

Another fifty plus field goal and u s c game

[DPCane]

Well it’s going to be a low possession type of game with them getting the ball after half. Need to score on every drive to mask the terrible play on the other side

[Genghis Cane]

When you play country zone, guys are going to be open. We don’t match routes and it shows.

[canes1996]

This team was tied at 21 or something like that at half against ND. Just gotta keep scoring.

[fatnasty187]

Wide open dudes all over cor them. No one even bothered to cover the last td. That's some concerning ****

[Acane4lifeII]

Poor LB play

[MumbleRap]

Can we all agree it’s time to scrap that stupid deep safety blitz? It never gets home or even causes pressure. All it does is show the QB exactly where to go with the football.

It’s for setting up 2H, all about the looks you give the QB. Eventually these have been bluffs.
