Some notables:
- Cyrus Moss's signing brings us to 10 commitments, with 9 of them rated at 4 stars. While the smallest class by far at this point, this is the most lopsided class in favor of blue chips. Even the vaunted 2008 class was underwater, as it actually had more three star players than four or five star signees.
- 2022 marks the third straight year that Miami has a blue chip ratio that was above .500, and the fourth time in the last five years. From 2007-2017 Miami's signing classes all under .500 in the blue chip ratio.
- With Coleman's surprise we're left with nine scholarship wide receivers. That is healthy for a non-COVID roster. Four of the nine would be draft eligible after the 2022 season
- With Moss's signing and Nesta's departure we appear to stand at 80 scholarship athletes.
