As always, thanks for putting this together. Although 7 minutes seems long for this past weekend... A few comments:

1. Coley needs to stop being an idiot - those penalties are drive killers and he's talking smack when we're down by 20-30 points.
2. Njoku up the seam is unstoppable. Why we don't target him 6-7 times a game down the middle is beyond me
3. I've been saying this since the Nebraska game - Cager is a MASSIVE mismatch in the red zone and we have continually ignored him there. He's normally the dumbie receiver on "X and goal" run plays which is just terrible use of talent.
4. Yearby has more heart than half the team right now - kid was getting beat down all game but kept grinding.
5. Why does Coley refuse to use a 2 RB backfield? Walton/Yearby are very good pass-catching backs and a 2 RB formation would create lots of mismatches for them.

No real comments on the Def. because that would require a UNC highlight real... Fortunately, NoD's resume now includes two of the worst losses in UM history; his firing is only a few weeks away.

Why does James coley insist brad kaaya fakes it to the running back on almost every throwing play? Why can't we just drop back and throw it?

Because James Coley...Like his former boss and his current defensive counterpart. Is the smartest dumb guy in the room.

He is ground breaking offensive genius that needed AG to allow him the ability to call plays. note the NC winning coach up in trailerhassee may not been able to satisfy his wife but he was smart enough to not let cubanito james call plays

less than 12 days, cant wait!!!!!!

even the announcers were saying why miami wasn't utilizing the middle of the field for passing plays because that's unc's weak spot. mind you coley finally started using the middle after we were already down 24 pts

It's not just not helping each other off the ground...what bugs me most about this team is the complete lack of emotion and fire in the walk throughs, on the sideline, etc. They are comatose out there while the other team is whooping and hollering.

THIS. THIS. AND ALL ******* THIS. I've been asking these same type questions for years. The horrible waste of talent on this team is sickening. People like Cager, Gray, Herndon, etc all burned redshirt's for no facking reason at all. A complete mismangement of their time at the U.

I can't wait for this season to be over. Man if BOT and Frenk fack up this next hire....

looked pretty good like we should have competed with them the whole game just didnt get any points, its all coaching get rid of everyone except beard, ice, kareem, keep coley just as a recruiting coordinator and scott is a good guy to keep around

It's called an RPO (Run/Pass Option) bro.

He has the option to hand the ball off or throw it.

It forces the Linebackers to step up and honor the run which opens up the middle of the field.

I understand that but it's annoying, especially when it's 3rd and long and we are doing that when we obviously are going to throw the ball

I'm pretty sure Njoku didn't even get targeted in the entire first quarter.
