here's an idea to motivate the players. Take the U decal off the helmets and leave them plain white or put an orange and green LOL on them until the CANES win the ACC championship.

How about putting the U upside down? Generally considered a sign of distress.

Oh yeah, like how Hue Jackson kept the stripes off the Browns' helmets through the preseason till they "earned" the right to be on the team. It worked out well for Hue.
