Howard better fit for the offense and higher floor imo, Ward better overall talent and the ceiling is sky-high, provided we don’t force a square peg into a round hole and let him have free reign over the offense.

Both are more than capable of winning 9-10+ games here in ‘24.

Howard’s ability to extend 3rd down drives would be a really nice addition when things break down here. That ‘Tebow’ effect of 3rd and 3 being a near certainty is a nice thing to have. I still want Ward because I think Dawson can do a lot with his arm. Fumbles do concern me - TO is a TO can’t just only highlight the INTs of TVD if we ignore his 9 fumbles.

Commentary

• At least 1-2 QBs on campus so far
• Multiple face to face meetings w/QBs so far
• All the public news is old, loafers move in silence
• They've had advanced talks w/2 QBs in addition to Ward/Howard
• Huge fan on Evan Stewart. If we pick any WR from the portal, would like it to be Evan
• Not a fan of Tua's brother
• Has a lot of other WR higher on his board than Jacorey Brooks
• Expects QB will be committed by Sunday and to discuss him on the Sunday show
• Expects 2 DTs will be committed by Sunday
• Talks w/the NC ST DT in advance stage, expects him to commit, would be shocked if he doesn't commit
