After an impressive run this week at the EYBL session 3, Benjamin Berrouet has picked up an offer from Miami.
Berrouet announced the news on his Instagram on Monday afternoon. While competing in Missouri over the last few days against some of the best high school talents in the country, the 6-foot-8 forward was named to the EYBL Elite 100 Camp. The four-star prospect was able to showcase his talents in front of Jai Lucas and Miami this weekend — and he clearly did enough to prove he's worthy of playing for the Hurricanes.
Considered the No. 46 overall recruit from the 2028 class, Berrouet attends the same high school, Dynamic Prep (TX) as recruits like Austin Goosby, Dakari Spear, Marcus Spears Jr, and Trae Nunn. Berrouet becomes the 4th rising high school junior to pick up a scholarship offer from the Hurricanes.
Across his games played at the EYBL 16u division, Berrouet averaged 25.9 points per game, and the kid is only 15 years old. His best outing came on Saturday when he dropped 39 points.
Berrouet already has offers from schools like Houston, LSU, Texas, Arizona State, Georgia Tech, Iowa, NC State, Texas Tech, and SMU is firmly in the mix.
