On going against the wide receivers: It's very tough, iron sharpens iron, we get each other better every day. But at the practice, we pick their brains, what will help us be better, what will help them be better, stuff like that. So, we're getting better every day.
On the impact of practicing against high-level competition: Practice is harder than the game, so it really prepares us for Friday, Saturday, whatever day we play on, we'll be ready.
On where he wants to improve his game: Just capitalizing on the opportunities that come my way. That's really it.
On the freshman defensive backs: They're progressing day by day. They're staying in the building. They're never one of the first ones out. They're always one of the first ones in. So that's a great thing. But they're getting better each and every day, and staying there in the meeting rooms with the coaches, asking questions. So they love the game, and that's just a blessing to see that.
On Ja'Boree Antoine: He's a great player. He's special. He's gonna be something very special soon. But he's growing day by day. Shoot, in the playoffs, it was a big moment, and he stepped up. But this year, he's come back even stronger. So I'm excited to see what he's gonna do.
On Miami's depth at outside cornerback: There's no drop-off. So there's nothing to worry about because both sides gonna be very good. We got Ethan [O'Connor], me, Damari [Brown] , OJ [Frederique], and we can keep going down the line. But we'll be very good.
On Coach Terry Jefferson: I wouldn't say it's something different. He just stepped up in a role. But he was around last year, same conversations. He just our cornerback coach.
