Miami and the Cotton Bowl

This will be our second time there and the last was quite memorable, think Randal Hill bang bang:
  • 1991 Cotton Bowl: The Hurricanes defeated the Texas Longhorns 46-3 in a memorable performance. Russel Maryland dominated. Craig Erickson was on fire (one of my favorite Hurricane QB's but not comparable to our great ones..So Bain = Maryland and Beck =Erickson (I hope)
  • So we are undefeated in the cotton Bowl and underdogs again, (I checked we were actually favored although ranked below Texas) Texas was ranked 3rd and we were 4th. Osu is ranked 2nd we are 10th.
I hope our team watched that game so as to undersstand what being a Hurricane comprises. Confident and brutal with a chip on their shoulders!
Is it going to be Karma tomorrow? or deja vu? I get them confused!
