Miami is among the top schools in contact with Kansas Jayhawks forward transfer Bryson Tiller. (No, not the singer).

On Wednesday afternoon, a report by Jeff Goodman serviced on Twitter that the Miami Hurricanes are one of the top schools as of right now, recruiting for the Jayhawks transfer forward Bryson Tiller.

Other schools the Hurricanes are going up against include Missouri, Arizona, and the defending national champions, Michigan.

The list is not necessarily final but you can start to see the teams that really are going for him early.

Bryson is a former four-star recruit out of Atlanta, (GA), where he was apart of the 2024 class for the Kansas Jayhawks. Tiller played significant minutes for Kansas this season playing in all 35 games for the Jayhawks this season.

The 6-foot-11, 240 pound upcoming sophomore transfer averaged a total of 7.9 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 1.0 assists during the 2025-26 season. He also shot a total percentage of 44.9% from the floor, and 26.9% from behind the arc.

He was the nations No. 42 player in the 2024 class, he was also ranked as the No. 9 power forward and the No. 4 player out of Georgia.

Not quite the defensive presence that Cyril is but more polished offensively and can step out and shoot the 3. Wouldn't be upset one bit if he was our starting center next year.

I envisioned Tiller as the PF and Somto as the Center. Kansas played him next to Flory.

Jai showed last year he wants a center and big PF.

Ideally both of them would be starting next to each other and Gaskins is the 6th man.
