Folks said the same thing about Southern Miss. It took until the 2nd half for Miami to get going and ultimately win by 23.

Eh, not really. They made a bowl game last season. Got drilled by James Madison to open the year but won their last 2 comfortably. I’d call them an “average” group of 5 team. Which means they are a team that we should be able to beat to the tune of 40+ or whatever. Don’t think we will though.

This team runs an up-tempo "Air Raid" and if they go 3 and out, it's a long day for their defense. Their opponents typically own the time of possession. I suspect we methodically run and grind them out, although they do have some kids from S. Florida with speed..... Me thinks if you think 5 yards and a cloud of dust is boring, this game isn't for you.
