It’s been a great, linear move in our favor. If you chase steam you’ll never know why the originator of the move bet large enough to move the number. Could be inside information or just a belief based upon computer models that predict scores based on regression analysis. The latter is how the line is set by Vegas and offshore to begin with.

Teams are terrible ATS the week after playing Clemson. UVA was the latest victim. I’d be scared to bet on Miami this weekend. That Pitt first half +7.5 makes sense to me, but this could be an anomaly if Pickett is hurt.

What's the deal with this circled game stuff? Any thoughts on why ivy league games are always circled?

The Ivy League announced in the summer that football had been canceled. There is a thought it might play spring…my only guess for the circle is that those were games that were initially on the schedule and they’re kind of “what iffing“ because B1G and PAC12 are coming back.

Not sure. I avoid bets on Ivy League games because they’re usually offered at a higher vig (e.g. -115 on both sides instead of -110).
