I guessed Miami -3.5 on this site a few weeks ago. I think LSU might’ve gotten a little bump as the quasi home team.

I am on record a few weeks ago predicting LSU -2' would be the opening line.

Clearly, Vegas is factoring in our upcoming acquisition of Pat Surtain Jr. into its line.

they are already on sale....and getting more expensive by the day.Not sure if the schools allotments have been let out though.

Why would anyone bother setting a line for a game that far in advance with that many personnel questions involved? I'm honestly curious.

Because the limit is probably just $300 a side and the casino is using it to gauge opinion before setting the true opener. If it opens Miami -1 and 90% of the volume is on Miami, the book will maybe set the true opener as Miami -3 when the limits are removed.

Who cares. Betting is a losing proposition unless one devotes incredible time to the research.

Also, gambling is NOT an addiction. A person's internal chemical balance is not changed by placing a bet. Alcohol and drugs literally change the brain's make-up. People who gamble recklessly are not "addicted" they are dumb. Lack of intelligence does not equate to addiction!

Surprised it is that low. LSU is dog****, and if we have any kind of team should win by 2 - 3 scores.
