wonderful people (I totally didnt want to insult you here, thats not my thing).

Since people might be wondering, Germany is celebrating Christmas in the evening of December 24th and not in the morning of December 25th. Basically means I am early getting socks and a bunch of coal.

I wish all of you happy holidays and Merry Christmas, I hope you have a great time with friends, family and that annoying step-family that you have to see every once in a while. Celebrate this new recruiting class with a drink or two (or seven), we haven't had a class with this individual talent and personality in quite some time, I hope you all get some beautiful presents and most importantly... Bite my shiny metal Christmas ***.

I am of Polish decent (100%). In Poland they also celebrate on Christmas Eve. It is called Wigilia (vi' gliya). I grew up in a town in New Jersey that was about 50% Polish and 50% Italian and The Eve was it for all of us. Just as the Italians have the feast of the seven fishes, the Poles have an entirely meatless meal as well. Tonight the family will gather around my dinner table to Salmon, shrimp, pierogis and assorted meatless side dishes.
