LSU is in a weird place financially right now. They have the stacks through their boosters, no doubt, but as they say, appearance is everything. Les will be back at least one more season for sure.

If both jobs are open, and he wants to leave, LSU is a better job. LSU is the only p5 job in LA. LSU has had more consistent success lately than Auburn (despite 2010 and 2013). And, going back to #1 , Auburn will always have Alabama. I don't care if it's Nick Saban or Mike Shula. Alabama is always #1 in that state.

It wasn't possible though, they had five 5 star safeties and Brantley (who was better than Tebow) as next years starter. Well guess what....

In a few years were going to look back at the Louisville game and think....."That's where it all started going downhill"

Coker was bad at player evaluation. FSU coaches get bonuses base of recruiting rankings. You don't think they are more interested in the high ranked players more than the right ones even if they are not so highly ranked?
Butch couldn't miss on many players so he had psychologists evaluate his recruits even.....his words.

Why don't we all just concentrate on us as a fanbase & our squad. Cause when we're on point the rest becomes irrelevant. Fact is every fanbase will quickly get carried away by success or failure. Reality in this instance is fsu hasn't for years been anywhere near as good as they've been built up to be. Just like with the sec & the parody being you can't call the league so great if they only play in it,the same truth holds up here. Sad fact is the acc for years has had enough elite athletes on individual levels but mediocre team play as a whole. Most of it started with mediocre coaching & average qb play. In trailerhassee they're simply too stupid to see they were simply the bully at a monastery.(not to ever take away the real power the Catholic Church has over pretty Lil choir boys world wide)(I'm pretty sure I just crossed a line cause I feel dirty) you want any real acclaim you gotta fight with people who have no problem with fighting back.i.e. Louisville,clemson,etc. Time to re enter that ring boys & girls & claim our ****.

Cokers problem wasn't that he was bad at evaluating talent at all. His problem was horrible management skills & that he never bothered to have secondary plans available. He targeted the kids we wanted & he was gullible as ****. Would simply take all kids at their word & never have someone ready to pull the trigger incase that kid went elsewhere. I.e. Antoine smith,Adrian Peterson, etc.

He was bad at evaluating talent. You don't need to be a genius to target AP and Smith. It's down the roster where it showed up. He left Shannon crap.
