Start to finish the game proved an absolute travesty. Not enough time to offer up details . . . but nothing more troubling than re-inserting an obviously injured TVD in the game. Tough-*** kid. All the kudos for doing the work and trying to play. Too bad the rest of the roster is so weak minded. Question to be asked is when he re-injured himself, clearly in terrific pain and noticeably wincing just trying to throw on the sidelines - what genius (doctor, trainer, medical person) allowed him to come back on the field? That's horrible judgement. You don't let the kid make the decision. It was shameful to trot him back out there. Mario, Alonzo, AD or whoever is running the **** show need to hold whoever made the call accountable.

Mario should have told TVD that he was done for the night. That blunder is 100% on Mario.
 
Agreed. In the pros, player has final say. In college or below, it’s the coach, medical staff etc
 
Mario is all about tUfF n fIziCaL.. He is still stuck in neatherdal football era, he probably has more respect for TVD because he did something stupid like waste a series knowing he cant throw.. We are a goofy football outfit right now

Seriously? There was a slew of people begging for TVD to play last night. TVD is a BIG boy. If he felt he couldn't play I'm sure he would have told them so. If y'all hate Mario that badly then STAY OFF THE BOARD!
 
Wow, so someone suggests TVD has no intestinal fortitude & he checked out. Another suggests raising the topic is an effort to move on from Mario to Kiffin. Yeah, that's really going to happen. Point is, not questioning TVD starting vs. FSU. That's was the big hope, right? The issue is allowing him back in the game after he clearly re-injured himself. Just would like to know who made that call and the thought process.
