Meanwhile on the F$U Board...

Perry has turned it over in every game he has played. Hopefully he protects the ball
LOL yes in first 3 games he has thrown 3 ints I have zero issue with that. Now after his next 10 he has thrown 10 more then sure but even then if he has thrown 30 tds and 13 ints that is great.

Agreed, protecting the ball will be critical in the game. Perry can’t throw into double coverage like he did in the UNC game last Thursday night. He had the same throw against Savannah St and made it; obviously the talent level and speed of the game will become that much faster for him and the offense. It’s key he doesn’t do something stupid that could cost us points, or give them some. The last half of the UNC game he became extremely sloppy with the ball. I’m hoping that he has it now out of his system so that he remains focused for the full 60 minutes come Saturday. If he plays to his potential we could see Rosier or Weldon in for mop up duty come the 4th quarter. Remember - we haven’t beaten this team at home since 2004. That’s 7 straight losses to these pricks at our house. I’m tired of it and I pray Richt brings that stat up to the team to keep their focus squarely on the Semenholes. We do that, then we’ll march out of Hard Rock with a convincing victory.

Sloppiness cost the Cardinals last Sat. Canes need to focus each play for all 4 quarters.

They've got plenty of talent, they're just not a well coached team

What I don't get with the FSU fans.....they take pride in recruiting rankings. Their current squad, 3 of the past 4 years, ended up with a top 5 recruiting class. For them to say they have no talent or this is the worst team in years.....I call BS!! I just hope that we beat the brakes off their team....although it will be a tough task. And I am not one to pencil in a win before the game starts.

Correct. They are NOT a well coached team. However, they have also not been a well coached team for a while. With Jimbo's staff jumping to new jobs and he flirting with others for a couple of years, there has been a significant drop off in discipline and it shows. Now they have Al Golden 2.0 steering the ship and we all know how that works out. I just hope Clemson waits a few seasons before they force a mid season firing.
