Asante Samuel you can say is Rumph daily but in reality we just didn't want him until like a week before nsd. Brownlee was Rumph too.

So basically we have Rumph missed on the AH2, Henderson pulled a ***** move during an all Star game, and we had the worst season we've had in a decade which caused us to miss brownlee. That is the summation of Rumph missed

Ohh I think Banda sucks at recruiting too.
And excuses for me are like ********, they all stink. Either you get the job done so we aren't forced to go get Junior college players and grad transfers like Delaney, or you get fired and we find someone who can both coach and recruit. Not to mention it's a **** joke we need a safety and cornerbacks coach. There are plenty of guys who coach both and recruit.

Too funny, Rumph will never live that AH recruitment down. But after I saw the hits we took in the secondary for the last two seasons and how we rebounded...we better not fire Rumph.

because it is why does he get no credit for blades jr, freirson, ivey and couch all cbs landed last 2 cycles who are top notch stars and talent. not to mention athelete bethel he landed I don't understand who u blame him when a cb goes elsewhere but give him 0 credit when land a cb give it all to banda

its to bad too what people forget is some of the ****** stuff golden/Shannon did to **** off hc for school like heritage in first place taking a commit from a 2 star he would close it down only to pull offer 2 days prior to sd and kid had no other schools to go to cause shut it down so left to scramble to get into a school wasn't right and it still hurts Miami recruiting to this day with some schools
 
The truth about Manny will come when it's time to fire some underperformer the end of the next season....

That's when we see if he is savage or not..

Kul is light years better than Simpson. Kul didn't have the advantage of having a full grown Willis either. Kul had to come in and take over for the worst defensive staff ever at Miami. Look at the jumps made by the DL his two years here. Go back and research what he did at Mizzou as well. Saban thought so highly of him that he took him away from Miami. I wonder if Simpson was also offered the same job by Saban?

They basically are his guys... It's no secret Kul was a horrible recruiter...

kool was a horrible recruiter. and he had say on every dline guy got offer and every kid he went after. simpson did a great job with the dline. don't know what kind of recruiter he gonna be but looking better then kool at that kool great dline coach but lets not knock simpsons work or act like simpson didn't help out willis at all

Not a difficult task, to date Patke and Banda bring nothing to the table - no coaching / no recruiting

This is what that horrible recruiter currently has at Bama for this class.

DT- 1- 5 star and 1- 3 star
DE 4- 4 stars

Maybe you guys have a hard time getting it through your heads that he saw the sht show Richt was producing and refused to bring kids into that mix. I don't blame the guy for going half *** on the recruiting trail, if that is what he did.

How in the world do you know what Kul had complete control over as it relates to recruiting DL? That is NOT how it works at every other legit program in the country.

He also did a **** good job recruiting at Mizzou. Go back and look who he was able to bring in and then mold into very good players. Several of whom went on to the NFL.

So your theory is that he became a terrible recruiter here at Miami, but was very good before and after Miami?
 
anyone can recruit to bama with all those titles since saban been there. also no offense but kool had control over who he offered went after and signed at Miami richt stayed out of his way. let kool do it his way. it didn't work kool went to a school where u don't have to be a great recruiter for kids to sign with u

They all suck at recruiting, but Rumph is beyond bad at recruiting. The only one that may be worse is Patke, but I will give him another year before I start calling him a terrible recruiter. The only one that holds Rumph to a different standard is you. You give him a pass because he played for the 01 team.
