Not suprised. Dudes keep saying he is a 1st or 2nd round pick dont know what they are talking about. I like mcintosh and he had a good year but not good enough to leave early for the draft. I think if one of them comes back it will be him. Norton just seems like he is gone regardless.

I don't know if the specific names are published-- it's a mixture of NFL general managers and directors from scouting combines.

This could be huge to get 1 or both of them back. I can’t see Norton getting any grade other than “get your *** back to school”.

If either are hurting that bad for money I’m sure there are other ways to survive the year before that first NfL check comes in.

Before anyone gets too optimistic, all this translates into is that he was told he isn't likely a first or second round pick. If his goal is to just be drafted and 3rd or 4th round will suffice he wasn't told that is off the table.

I am almost certain Walton, Kayaa, Yearby and a whole host of other Canes going back to Forston, Streeter, etc. were told no different and it didn't matter at all.

If we can keep 1 of the two DTs I consider it a huge win for next season.

It'll be great for us if they both come back, along with Gerald Willis, Jon Ford, Nesta, Pat Bethel would give us great depth and time to recruit more DT's, and develop the ones we have.

This is the difference in making really good teams to great teams. Uga returned multiple potential upperclassmen who could have went to the draft after last year like Chubb, Michel, lorenzo carter, Bellamy and others but they all decided to come back. That obviously worked out well for uga
