Matt Porter's AP poll week 3 ballot. (Thoughts?)

I think we only move up two or three spots. No one watched the game. No major wins. But IDGAF, just win and it all works out in the end.

6.Stanford (6). Perfectly fine win over USC. It was fine.
11.Texas A&M (11). Looking like a contender in the SEC West.
21.Baylor (NR). A very good offense they’ve got there in Waco.

Hard hitting analyses there. This guy does this **** for a living? What the **** is the world coming to? Thanks, ESPN for all these clueless Hot Takers idiocracizing sports analysis.

there are still people who say fsu cant make the playoffs if they run the table. im sorry, theres loses and then their are 63 points bloodbaths.its fsu so of course they will get a pass but i guarentee u Bama or OSU would never loss by that margain to l-ville or anyone else.

Opinion are like you know what, so at least give him credit for publishing it. Having said that, I agree with most of the comments; Louisville and OSU might be special, the $EC is definitely over ranked, and OK lost badly to two very good teams, but they still lost badly.

1. Louisville
2. Ohio State
3. Alabama
4. Houston

Outside of that, we should just have a bucket of teams labeled "somewhere between 5 and 25 until meaningful games are played"

Ole miss was 19... And they moved up to 15 after losing?

This is why is say the SEC media overhype is totally ridiculous. It allows them to say at the end of the year.......the SEC finished with the most teams in the top 25.....the SEC is so dominant bullsht that leads to us losing recruits because a lot of 18 year olds and their parents just watch ESPN. Ask a so called die hard fan of another team who their d coordinator is. 90 percent will not know. This ballot is exactly what's wrong with college football.

I think his rankings are fine. Disagree with some for sure, but I'm not personally offended by them. There are a bunch of teams that are questionable after three weeks, and you can shake them up and mix up the order however you want.

I would put LSU over Wiscy since they made the QB switch -- and I think they're overrated every single year. Wiscy should've lost yesterday to Georgia State, who will likely lose to App State when they play in two weeks. Wiscy is not good, LSU is not good. LSU was pathetic on offense when they played. Now they're mediocre.

But I understand we have to rage and humiliate everyone who covers UM so let me get my passport ready for the flight to Bolivia.

FSU out of top 10. Louisville should be no lower than 3. Can make the argument they are second! Miami in the top 20 teams ahead of Tennessee who need OT at home vs Appl State.

Are you mental? Wiscy beat LSU, period. LSU OSU has looked like trash even against trash like Jacksonville St. The same people who say Miami played no one has Washington at #8 . They played Rutgers, Idaho and Portland St. When has it become great for teams to get credit for losing....twice? OU and Ole Miss.

I wasn't sure what was wrong with me until this diagnosis, Dr. supacane. I feel better knowing someone cared enough to save me from myself.

O$Uck played two creampuffs at home, then beat what will turn out to be a SIX loss Oklahoma team.

The BIG is so weak beyond the Michigan-Ohio Axis that O$Uck doesn't play a meaningful opponent until MSU @East Lansing on the 19th of November. That's how you buy your playoff chance; weak OOC, weak P5 conference with a playoff.

How Miami squandered a weak Coastal for years...

Need to drop FSU down further after that humiliation.
Oklahoma with 2 losses in the Top 25, much less at #12 is just plain stupid
Same with Ole Miss. Perfect example of SEC homerism.
Same with ND. Perfect example of Domer Homerism. In this case, I'm okay with it because I want them ranked when we beat their sorry asses

Oklahoma getting boat raced like they have should drop them. It's a tough year for rankings because outside of Bama, OSU and Louisville everything me pretty much sucks or is heavily flawed so far.

ND still ranked?
UL's win over FSU is the most impressive win of the year. Put them ahead of Michigan.
