That was a horrible endorsement. Then again, there isn't much of substance to work with to support the case. Maryland isn't that stupid.

Golden could be Randy Edsall 2.0 and wouldn't inspire much excitement, but he'd recruit a bit and wouldn't totally tank the program.
 
The comments there are pretty solid. Self immolation was the first thought.

I concur, it seems totally reasonable to do that vs have him as a coach.
 
I'd stalk the **** out of that ******* if they hire him. I'll go to every game and follow him around campus in Miami gear just to shout obcenities at him.
