But I would pass on him due to medical concerns. I will wait until after spring an see if Martell can convince DT Haskell Garrett to transfer to Miami if Garrett feels he won't start at OSU for 2019.

The UCLA DT we are after is very good friends with Phillips. Ferman from Canesport spoke with him - he said he doesn't know if Phillips is for sure coming this weekend. Phillips has an aunt who lives in Miami.
