quit: You're making this up because he had a meeting with Diaz who told him he should take time off to get his personal issue taken care of. Stop making statements as if you know what you're talking about. That doesn't equate with quitting on the team. Gerald Willis III took a whole year off for personal reasons.
didn't show up: Again, he was given permission by the HC to take a personal leave, which the HC obviously thought it was serious enough to warrant some time off.
