Exactly!!! You can smack them around insteadExactly. I coached youth football for years, and I never had to cuss a kid out to get the results I wanted.

Lol... I played youth ball from the age of 7 all the way up until HS ball. I can tell you without a doubt that every year I played . From my days in the 75lb weight class up until my senior year in HS. Coaches cussed. I'm not saying all coaches cuss but when our squads bus rolled up to an opponent's field. We showed up cussing. Lol. We would chant about how we were getting ready to best that *** before we even got off the bus. Cussing and football go hand in hand.Exactly. I coached youth football for years, and I never had to cuss a kid out to get the results I wanted.
But he's not YOUR employee, so who cares? Lol
Nah, he was talking right into the camera bc he didn’t give a ****.

Nah, I am just a guy who expects an adult to act like an adult.

Yeah, much worse. These parents should sit through a high school football practice and see the **** that's said there. Lynch isn't wrong here, and the mom's need to face the harsh reality that this is generally the environment that you'll see in football.
Resident philosopher and expert commentator on world of business strikes again.Who gives af if people cuss? What are you a 95 year old women by the name of Karen? The vast majority of successful adults cuss. The group that doesn't cuss and uses words like "golly" and "gee willikers" are the small minority of middle class people. How do you think the majority of fortune 500 execs, politicians, or the guys on wall street talk if schit hits the fan? Do you think they say "gee wiz that employee is really not living up to expectations lets fire him" or do you think its more a long the lines of "Fire that son of a *****"?

You are 100% correct, looking for her 15 minutes.I thought Lynch handled the situation really well. Just another woman trying to stir up drama and get in the middle of it.
Right over your head. Let me know how many elementary kids you've got on Wall Street, in Washington, whatever boardroom, etc. Thanks.
Not over my head at all. You said you expect adults to act like adults. Adults curse.
Some adults cuss. Generally it shows a lack of creativity with one's words. More often than not, lack of self control and respect for whomever you're directing it towards. The man I respect most in life, he's 98 now, I've heard cuss twice. He has everyone's respect whenever he is around.
You tried comparing Wall Street and the boardroom to a kids camp. You're either obtuse or just trying to make some dumbass point. Most would agree cussing should be kept away from kids, but I'm sure the board residents just let them say whatever they like.
He thought this video would help him lol......
That is great for him. However, you can use all the anecdotes you like about how the 98 year old town librarian is the most respected man you know and he doesn't curse. I could name people that curse who have the respect of auditoriums of people when they speak, and they curse all the time. However, that is pointless because the most powerful man in the world curses all the time. The man even curses in his speeches when he is addressing millions. The second most powerful man in the world also curses, and we could go down the line.
I know very few adults that think cussing should be kept away from kids. The ones that I know, that think that, are the ones that aren't schit and their kids are going to be schit either. They are going to end up soft shouldered pussies who get offended at the drop of a hat.
Good call there, trying to prove your point with undeniably the least respected and most disliked president we've ever had nationally and globally. The problem people have with him is largely his mouth with its foul speech and general lack of concern for anyone not named him. Most powerful or not, debatable, he is a far cry from what any sane person would aspire to be.
Auditoriums aren't filled with people cussing at the masses assembled in front of them. Quit reaching. I've seen and been to too many professional events to know that isn't the case. That doesn't mean they don't cuss behind the scenes, but it isn't front and center when they are acting as a professional.
The rest, you just come across as a dumbass. You've shown your colors far too many times for me to get suckered into your silly little world that you think people care about. You're so insecure it isn't even funny, what a sad individual you come across as.
