Kansas has gotten a few good JUCO kids, and most of these did their JUCO time in Kansas as well.

So maybe once they got moved out there, they just decided to stay. I'm sure their grades aren't great and they can absolutely start right away at Kansas. Usually these kids end up at KState.

Weis hired a good staff. He brought in former Dallas Cowboys DC and Head Coach Campo to run his defense. I think that will help them trying to recruit Juco kids.

Can't disagree there. At least Weis is doing a solid job of recruiting Jucos. Still hate the hire.

I take it you didn't watch them this year. They were bad but they were definitely competitive and better than Colorado, Washington St amongst BCS teams
