The Stanton contract was as bad as Goldie's. They handcuffed themselves because no one will do business with them otherwise.

Jeffrey Loria is widely regarded as the most inept person in sports.

If anything, UM admin is proving to be as bad as the marlins.
 
Stanton contract was not bad. In fact, it actually favors miami more so than stanton. As you can tell by the avy, ima huge marlins fan
 
Marlins are looking good all of a sudden. Very exciting for a Marlin fan. Despite the whole OB fiasco, I've rooted for the Marlins since Day 1 of their existence. Hope they sign the rest of the young guys and watch them win some World Series.

But back to the Canes. I'm not ready to given up on Blake yet. He seems to be between a rock and a hard place but hopefully the BOT will take the matter off of his hands. Golden needs to go. It is obvious he doesn't want to be here since the Penn State thing happened. I wanted to believe he would pull us through this season but he has failed. He needs to go to a MAC school with his buddy and live happily ever after.

Don't be surprised he will be traded away in a few years. :lol:
 
Marlins are a joke, they signed Stanton to a joke of a contract to the player

Miami will show they care for about 2-3 years then implode the team once again. Stanton will proceed to get out of his contract and the Marlins will be off the hook for the majority of the contract unless Stanton decides he wants to play for losers his entire career collecting a fat paycheck
