Mark Walton charges dismissed??

I live in the Bham area of AL and was talking to a good friend I grew up with who lives in CG, he told me this morning that he read an article that all of the charges were going to be dismissed/dropped against MW. Something about the girl he was messing with had a boyfriend and the BF knows the po po. Anyways I failed to ask where this article was but he really doesn't have a reason to make anything up. Also you should here the excuses Nick Satan is making for the two players who were arrested this week. He said that discipline doesn't necessarily mean punishment, so I guess breaking team rules will get an OL player kicked off of the team, but getting arrested for drugs and "stolen" (allegedly stolen i guess) doesnt garner such action?? Sounds hypocritical to me, but hey if you are a great defensive play and a not so great OL the "team rules" may be different. Anyways just my to cents. If anyone can shed some light on the MW story please do so. Unfortunately the only news about the almighty U I get up here is negative news.

If it's known he was set will the responsible parties, law enforcement officials and other parties, be brought to bear punishment or legal action? Seems like it would have to if proven. This is some serious stuff.
