For those of you asking, the new Mark Stoops deal has no buyout

So, he was making pretty much the same as Fat Al. And has no buyout.

But these top flight coaches are out of our range according to canesfam.

We would win 10+ with this guy next year. Plus he would dominate recruiting in SFla.

What he has done at UK is a minor miracle.

he seems like a good coach but there are so many coaches now who do amazing in year one and then the wheels come off as they begin to run their own program.

I wouldn't say no to him but I would prefer someone who has proven they can run a program.

You're right. He's doing it with Joker Phillips' guys.

Its was a joke by Chise. Joker had the talent level at 0. Stoops has gotten rid of 29 guys already from that team.

more importantly how are his players performing in the classroom and in the community?

Surely you aren't trying to compare the talent level of Miami when Golden took over to when Stoops took over UK? I really hope you aren't.

Our talent level was just terrible with guys like Sean Spence, Olivier Vernon, and Lamar Miller. Poor Golden.
 
I hope we find a way to bring this guy back to UM. He's gonna be killing it at a big time program in 4 or 5 years.

I'd be happy to be a stepping stone to the pro's ala Scnelly, JJ, Erickson, or Butch.

Mark Stoops seems to have all the attributes of a big time coach... recruiting, intensity, adjustments, aggressive philosophy, experience maximizing real talent... he would be a welcome change.

Can we please stop doing this to ourselves!?! Fat *** isn't going anywhere and neither is his butt-buddy! Let's accept our programs mediocrity like men and change the subject to ex wives or **** or something!
 
Move on decision have been made, Golden is not going anywhere. Frankiln and Williams will be used as scapegoats
