Mark Richt will get it done (Long)

U sure we getting the best players from the state cause we missing on a high percentage of elite blue chippers. Thats all Im saying and Butch wasnt about how a team "looked" it was get the best player and the best evals and coach them up. MR evals aint on that level IMO, getting it done is winning a title and Im afraid thats not possible with this staff....just my opinion so.

Also this class right now doesnt look that great at all, it got some studs but we lacking.

Also this is something I don’t get or needs to be fixed, why do we have 1 coach for te and special teams and another coach just to coach 1 lb position cmr loves these 1 trick ponies. I get it this is cmr’s offense he likes yes men but man only if we had a specials teams coach who could make our special teams just a little above avg we would be a whole new team

It was clear since he got here our special teams had not been up to standard and yet nothing

But ours sucks at it just cuz someone else does it doesn’t mean it’s gonna work for them. I don’t know but I would doubt they have a seperate safety coach and a 1 position lb coach

Some of his moves become more head scratching as we go
 
I think DWins said it, also, we aren't locking down souf Florida, the staph whiffed at our top DB recruits. And some others, too.

Thats why they wont win, they cant stop the bleeding in sfla. Someone said they are recruiting better than Golden which is true but they arent closing and thats the same problem all the staffs that failed had. They could not close and stop the sfla bleeding, thats all I needed to see to know they wont get it done.

Exactly if you can’t recruit at an elite level you have to develop at an elite level ala Wisconsin’s oline

My hope is that some of our coaches can become that so far it’s still tough to know for sure

Yea I’ll give you that. banda is an ok recruiter but Mike Rumph isn’t too far behind recruiting wise and the safeties would probably improve in strides.

Locking down south Florida was out once the internet and cellphones became a thing. Now every school in the nation can interact and track every recruit in South Florida. It will never happen again.
 
Special teams - The one position where our talent isn’t lacking to anyone - were garbage we can’t even barely block, it seems we get closed to being blocked in every game I can remember. And not to mention the punting. Obviously the man can’t do his job

Let him focus on TE make him recruiting coordinator or something if you want to give him two jobs

Im surprised they got Hall, bama did everything possible to get that kid. I mean everything

How would this defense look with TC JJ and PS2, it would be amazing having dbs that can fly and have frames like NFL guys all over the place. Instead we got soft *** Dean out there playing press when dude aint physical at all.

Then we will never be back but I agree that changed everything and I always bring that up and its ignored but its a huge thing as to why we struggle now.
