Mark Richt is who I thought he was

Mark IS a man of integrity and really does love the U! And, as I (and many others have stated) stated this would be the way for a win-win moving forward.

Agree. First class. Didn't hold UM over a barrel and saved program from wasting another year. Stepped aside, probably negotiated a fair little buy-out and now both parties are moving on.

It's like an amicable divorce where everything worked nicely with a mediator. No harm, no foul—moving on.

This is what Golden should of did mid season year oine oaf he had any integrity. Richt realized changes needed to be made and it started with himself. I can respect that. He quit which is right up his alley. It was pretty obvious the game had passed him by. Hiring his kid was weird to me but now it makes since. Just didn't give a funk and he hoped for the best. If all fails like this year basically was then punt.

Richt is a decent man just doesn't have what it takes to be a head coach. The longer he coached the more evident it became.
If Miami can get dino you should. The man has beat Clemson at Syracuse, imagine what he could do there.

Never a great coach and one of the worst OC's I've ever seen.

Nobody has ripped the man to shreds more than I have....but I honestly applaud him for not holding the program hostage amid Blake James' stupidity of handing him an extension. He could have easily stuck around and dragged us down for another year or two.

So yeah....let's part as friends.
