Come forth and be accounted for! Now! Because this program will NOT be an ACC championship team under your boy!

Up until the FSU game I've thought that Richt could probably lead us to promised land and had us on the right track as a program. I still believe we are trending in the right direction but it's nowhere near fast enough and I don't think we will ever get to true championship contention under Richt.

I'm officially off the bandwagon.

I think we are being to hysterical after a devastating loss that certainly lies in the hands of coaching BUT, we need not discourage the budding youth we have both here currently and recruited. I agree that with the potential talent at QB and the fact none have stood out indicates the QB coach is not performing up to Hurricane standards, also Richt's offense is benign. The fact that in college ball he keeps saying they have to learn the offense is disturbing so either it is too complicated or not being taught very well. I've seen high schools with better offensive play calling and I am certain there is an offensive coach chafing at the bit to coach this talent...talent is not an issue which is a compliment to Richt's recruiting and next years class is forming well...so we don;t want to throw out the baby with the bath water BUT things need to change...Special Teams are not very special either although there was some improvement other then the on side kick which the decision to try it was the failure. If we want to see talent come into the U we need to keep Richt but upgrade the coaching staff, namely QB and offense and perhaps ST. By the way, a relative played for Urban Meyer at the gator...Urban runs from 6 basic formations and he coaches Special Teams and no nepotism. We do need to chill though...be disappointed but think of the kids on this team...they overcame a huge deficit last week and Richt yanked the guy that made that comeback...weird!

Agree with your post. Question I have is do we have a QB coach capable of teaching our QB,s more complicated offense

We have the most archaic simplistic offense in the acc. Even gt is more creative and cmr can’t teach that offense?

"BUDDING YOUTH" ? who the **** talks like that ?

You know I think I just figured out the CANES problem ---- Richt doesn't recruit football players...he recruits "BUDDING YOUTH" !!! :zczkqmritjdsoaq.jpg::rk5i6fxwjlgev5j6.jpg::zczkqmritjdsoaq.jpg:

Man, I thought Richt was the right man for the job, the IPF does not get built without him plus all the money being invested into the football program is something we haven’t seen from UM. But after last night with that stunt that he pulled with Perry I’m done with him. Last year I kept defending Diaz after people crushed his defense but he has shown that he is willing to adapt and change. I don’t think Richt has that in him, the only saving grace that I think he has to save the program and take the next step is if he hires an OC that runs a modern system. But if that doesn’t happen we’re screwed, I’m done defending Richt.
