correct, but have they put in the work, S&C wise, jugs machine ? Harley went to work and became a nice receiver in second half of season. question are these 2 guys they best we have to offer at the moment ? sometimes it seems like we play guys because they have been in program ( McCloud) rather than talent that will make mistakes but will grow and make an impact....

social media is a **** hole and is ruining a lot of people for many different reasons.

it internet is a blessing and a curse. Kids growing up with IPads and phones in their hands from the minute they can hold them. It’s a major problem.

I had the same train of thought as I was reading thru this thread. What a strange world we live in. A random 20 year old kid can wake up and type out a random thought and within an hour there is an 8+ page thread discussing that random thought, discussing the kid who posted it and have a full on argument with people who disagree or dislike the random thought posted by the kid.


Bizarre.
 
He should just own it and promise to do better next year. I mean, he dropped two bombs. It’s not anyone else’s fault, so don’t come at people that are ripping on you.

We all appreciate where these guys have come from and support that, but that’s not what we’re talking about here.

social dilemma. The older I’ve gotten the more I’ve gotten away from social media. My girlfriend has zero social media. I Facebook, no Instagram, no twitter nothing. She is happy and grounded in reality. I’m working towards that haha I have deleted all my apps besides twitter but even that’s getting overran with political bull**** and Covid crap.

twitter used to only be sports and fun but it has turned in the last year. We are looking at moving to the Tampa area and the beach and disconnecting from it all haha

That's the scariest part of it all. A weakness by our coaches is to not be savages in who earns playing time. I refuse to believe that none of the frosh are better than #6 & #8. I think Keyshawn and Respero would at least catch a ball thrown to them. Especially in a clutch moment. Same goes for McCloud at backer.

The coaches continue to go with seniority and not give significant snaps to underclassmen at WR/LB. It's a weakness that will contribute to Manny's eventual firing if he doesn't correct it.

He's getting bad advice from Cooney or whoever, try being responsible, you messed up multiple times including when the game was on the line, you are not a big time player and actually belong in Division III football.

could not agree more, CMD still undergoing OJT. Richt did this at UGA and it carried over to his time at Miami. do really think Howard, JJ or Butch cared about how long you were in program ? **** no best players played. would have liked to see what Keyshawn,Respero and Payton would havr=e done with same PT as Wiggins and Pope.
if CMD does not realize his issue with seniority he will be canned

Howard won a NC because he went with a freshman named, Kosar. And, there was talent at QB on that team. If we ever want to return to the top, that's one of the things we must have - the best players playing despite sweet words spoken in private. Loyalty must be redirected to the other players, donors, alums, worldwide fans, etc.

If these coaches made verbal promises of playing time to ANYONE, that's on them. They shouldn't have done that. They need to go back to those players, apologize for making promises they can't keep, and then do what's in the best interest of the team and what's in their own personal best interest.

Not a bit surprised. I saw what I needed to see with this dude, Mallory etc. against FIU last year when they were celebrating bs with the game already lost.....and the coaches let them get away with it so there's your problem right there. Not much has changed since then.

Pope did this to himself and has no one to blame but himself. ***ing off in the weight room and then when the show starts you're all conference in drops.

You hope sissy chit like this gets fixed but then you have a coaching staff who just sits and watches.....this is what you get.
