Mark Pope GPA

To me, Wiggins looks clumsy out there at times. He'll be a good role player in his time here but I don't see him starting.

I have a feeling JT will be used in motion more than any of the WRs. He's not just a speed guy, hes a true WR and can ball. Dudes natural talent is impressive.
No doubt JT is a great talent and can be a true WR. But we need to get him touches. And the whole offense looked clumsy at times last year lol

Yeah for sure we need to get him touches. They need to get him the ball in space or behind the line of scrimmage. The amount of attention he's going to draw from the defense will open up windows for our other receivers too.

What u say that will not be his path do u mean Mark Pope not going to the league?

Correct, it is likely that he won't have a career in the NFL. I'm not saying it isn't possible, but the odds aren't in his favor. Even if he makes it to the NFL, again the odds aren't in favor for a long career. Likely, he will have to fall back at some point on his studies.

To be fair to Ol' Cardale, he reversed course on this years later and basically said he was a moron at the time for saying it and thinking it but it's something I always think of when you see all of our guys graduating and guys like Pope and many others actually excelling academically:

Wow, that's the first time I've seen that. Absolutely mind blowing that he would make that statement publicly.

Drops, once again folks are a easy fix. It’s more mental and pressing than physical ability. Hank had drops early here. **** even the goat rice dealt with drops early in his career. T.O is another..that just shows it can be fixed

Drops aren't easy to fix. If they were, there wouldn't be dropped passes. Hand to eye coordination can improve, but not by leaps and bounds like Wiggins needs.

Some can improve over time, but not night and day. Your list of players who improved, it pales in comparison to the list of players who couldn't catch a cold. Wiggins is on the second list.

I can see Pope in the league for longer than the average player, which I think is like 3 years. I could see a 5+ year career in the NFL as a backup. I wouldn't even rule him out as a starter.

Sure, there's a possibility, but would you bet on it? I know he got limited work last year, but when he was out there he didn't even look like he was at some point a good high school player. He was outmatched in every conceivable way and physically looked like our Urkel.

Maybe he's the Ridge guy that pans out. I'm still waiting to see something from all the hype they've had the last couple of years.

Leave it to u to reply with some hater a** comment. Everything I post u have something negative to say.

Let's make a a deal. When u learn how to use punctuations correctly - then u can reply with a hater comment. Have a good day.
Let's make a deal? Who the f'uck are you, Wayne Brady? Which law did you use to type such a corny *** reply?

How about this approach, "Law Boy." Considering that the book "The 48 laws of Power" is your daily ****/bible, try living by....

Law #49: Don't live your life based upon a powerless book that was written by an even less powerful man!

Or how about Law 47: Do Not Go Past The Mark You Aimed For; In Victory, Learn When To Stop

As I've said before, have a good day.

Not sure how mind blowing it really is. I suspect that more than 50% of division 1 athletes have the same feeling.

Good for Pope. I hope he can excel on the field, too.

Wiggins will need to find a cure for his debilitating case of alligator arms before he can contribute in any kind of meaningful way.

Pope to me with 1 catch last year, does not shape up as showcasing 5 star talent.
Great classroom work, fair to middlin' moves on his video, but needs to step up and show his sh** this year.
He has not excelled on the field.........we are in a "show me mode"......
All left up to him.

Definitely agree with that. Most just have more common sense than to put that comment on social media. That was my point.
